our story
DreamWood Builders (DWB) is a family owned construction company located in Pipe Creek Texas. It is owned by the Thomason Family, and run by Tim, Caleb and Ben Thomason. As a family, they have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. DWB specializes in custom homes, remodels and yard scape structures.
Since 1976, Tim Thomason has dedicated himself to the construction industry. He began his career as a framer in 1976 and obtained his General Contractor’s license in the state of California in 1986. Tim’s experience includes residential, commercial and retail construction, with projects ranging from custom homes, track homes, semi-custom homes, remodels, to restaurants, and other commercial buildings. Over the past 40 plus years Tim has worked as a Construction Vice President for two prominent restaurant companies, and has owned and operated his own construction company for over twenty years. He prides himself in producing quality and satisfying results for the customer and has won awards for customer satisfaction. His passion is to take the dreams of his customers and turn them into reality. With his knowledge of construction and his vision for design, quality, and creativity, Tim leads the DreamWood Builders team as they bring resources together to paint the picture of the customer’s dream.
Caleb Thomason graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in business management. Caleb brings his education in management, his eye for design and attention to detail to his role as project manager. He has a passion for excellence and works relentlessly to ensure the customer’s expectations are met and exceeded.
Ben Thomason graduated from Long Beach State with a degree in Political Science. Highly motivated with a vision for the future, Ben operates in a dual role balancing administrative responsibilities with project management. His focus on the finish line and forward thinking makes sure that the company stays on point.
